Buying, selling, and construction on real estate is governed by contract law. I work with clients to complete residential, agricultural, and commercial real estate transactions. From the initial dealing and negotiations steps to closing of the sale. I can also assist in the development and construction issues that arise.

I advise clients regarding the purchase and sale of real estate, negotiating terms of contracts, drafting leases, easements, co-tenancy agreements and development agreements, and providing due diligence review.  I have experience representing clients ranging from single-family homeowners, up to multi-million dollar acquisitions and sales.
